What is the TwC Coaching Agreement?
The TwC Coaching Agreement outlines the terms of a pro bono coaching session between an Educator (Coachee) and a TwC Coach. By booking a session, both parties agree to these terms.
Is coaching the same as therapy or professional advice?
No. Coaching is not therapy, legal, or financial advice. Coaches do not diagnose mental health conditions or provide legal or financial guidance.
Who are the TwC Coaches?
TwC Coaches are professionals listed on the Professional Support Calendar. You will see their name and availability when booking your session.
How do I book a session?
You can book your pro bono session through this link: www.bit.ly/pro-bono. You must provide your name and email when booking.
How do I access my session?
Once you book, you will receive:
What is the focus of the coaching session?
The session primarily focuses on life/work balance for educators. However, other topics may be discussed based on mutual agreement.
How long does the session last?
Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is conducted virtually.
Can I book additional sessions?
Yes. You can book further single sessions using the same Booking link provided.
What happens after the first session?
If follow-up sessions are needed, they will be discussed on a case-by-case basis between the Coachee and the Coach. There is no automatic follow-up.
Do I need to pay for the session?
No. This coaching session is offered free of charge (pro bono).
Is the session confidential?
Yes. Both the Coach and the Coachee agree that all shared information remains confidential, except when disclosure is required by law.
Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
Yes, but you must give at least 24 hours notice
