Professional Certified Coaches

Is this you?

You hold a coaching certification and wish to support educators as they discover and learn to use coaching skills in their communication.

You have a stable income and no need to sell your services to educators. You can offer at least one hour per week, for at least three months, pro bono, i.e. no charge via TwC.

You wish to transform educators' stress into their development opportunities. Educators may come to you for inspiration, information, skills practice or support on their learning journey. You do not need to be an expert in educational matters. Be their coach! You will learn all you need to know from the educators.

What you can be doing

Speaking with educators about coaching, inspiring them, encouraging them, supporting them.

Learning from teachers and school leaders about the ongoing changes and challenges within education.

Having Practice Sessions with educators who are learning to coach. Giving and receiving coaching and feedback.

What to do next

Sign up for an interview here, with Teacher, Coach  and TwC Founder, Martin Richards.

If accepted, your volunteer hours will appear in the Professional Support Calendar with a brief description of who you are and what you offer.

The Calendar is where educators will get in touch with you.

Here is where you present yourself, briefly.

Include a video meeting link for spontaneous meetings (e.g. Google Meet) and a signup link to the pro bono hours on your booking system (e.g. Calendly).
