Coaching Practice, also known as Peer Coaching, is the space where TwC pairs up participants so they can practice having coaching conversations, and get feedback on how well they are pausing, asking questions and listening (link).

Professional Coaching Support, also known as Discovery, is where TwC pairs teachers with professional coaches for discovery sessions so teachers can discover what non-directive coaching is and whether this coach or that coach is the best for their long-term support. We are looking for more coaches who can offer at least one hour a month at no cost. Contact the current project leader here.

Global Map of TwC, is exactly what it says, a map of the TwC Supporters who wish to be found by other Supporters (teachers and coaches). We are looking for a Project Leader for this. Contact the current project leader here.

Coaching Cards, was a series of online workshops where we explored the GROW Model for coaching teachers and learners. We explored many other versions of the model. The results became a free online book (link) then another (link).

Teaching Playfully, is a book and a series of newsletters containing Lesson Frameworks each with its own set of coaching questions. Whether you use PPP, OHE or Kolb as your lesson framework, you can always add a dash of coaching questions. (link to LinkedIn newsletter).

Library of Resources, is where we publish hundreds of resources that inspire, inform and encourage more teachers to use more coaching in their lessons. (link to external website). We are looking for an IT-savvy volunteer to continue this project. Contact the current project leader here.
