About TwC Founder, Martin Richards

Martin Richards is a Mathematics teacher turned coach, based in Sweden. Over a thirty-year career he taught in the UK and Sweden, trained as a Co-Active Coach through CTI, and coached educators on behalf of the Swedish government.

He holds the CPCC (Professional Coaching CoActive) certificate from the Coaches Training Institute.

He is the author of "Action Steps to a Coaching Classroom" and "More Action Steps to a Coaching Classroom", the books on which the 12 Steps course is based.
