About Teachers Who Coach (TwC)

Teachers Who Coach is a global movement. We are proud to serve educators in Europe, Africa, India, and the USA.

We support teachers who coach and help a coaching approach flourish in education worldwide.

We believe:

• Teachers are already using coaching in their classrooms
• Coaching is part of good teaching, not a separate profession
• Visibility, connection, and shared language strengthen practice
• Sustainable change happens through participation, not pressure

TwC exists to:

• Make coaching in classrooms visible
• Connect educators across contexts and countries
• Offer light-touch support, resources, and reflection spaces
• Create shared language and understanding around coaching

We do not aim to convert everyone into being coaches.

We aim to support the classroom coaching that is already happening and support its growth.

The TwC Admin Team brings together coaches and educators from across Europe who share a commitment to making coaching visible in classrooms and schools.

Martin Richards CPCC— Founder. Mathematics teacher, coach, and author based in Sweden. Creator of the 12 Steps to a Coaching Classroom course.

Monika Szijjártó GCC— EduCoach and author with expertise in thinking activation and language development, working across English and Hungarian.

Kicki Petersson— PCC-certified career coach supporting leaders, educators, and professionals through career transitions and sustainable performance.

Olha Larichkina— Business English trainer and communication coach, helping professionals and teams communicate with clarity and confidence.

Jean Ramsey— Coach specialising in neurodivergent families, and creator of a group coaching programme for parents and grandparents.
